One room available in Manor House

We have one room available for rent in Manor House.

The flat has a large living room and separate kitchen, a bathroom and balcony. There are double windows which keeps the noise out and the heat in during winter. We get plenty of light too. Manor House tube station is literally at the door step, and Finsbury Park is just across the road.

The price for the room is £725 monthly, and it comes furnished. Deposit is 5 weeks rent. Bills are separate and usually total to around £100 each per month. The room will be available from 10 September. Sorry, no students.

You’ll be sharing with Darren and Jack.

Darren is 32 and works in marketing for sustainable energy. Originally from Scotland, he's lived in London for over 3 years now and in his spare time likes to go to theatre shows, live music, and festivals. He's recently got into the London Marathon so the training will commence rather soon.

Jack is a 28 year old Irish guy who works as a historical researcher. He's into live music, running and cult movies. He spends his weeknights relaxing around the house and the weekends hanging out with friends in the city.

We are looking for a like-minded person who is sociable and will make the space feel like a home. Someone respectful and considerate, who will keep each other in mind.
