Large mezzanine room in N4 warehouse

We have a double room with a mezzanine bed area in Kin 2000 in Arena Design Centre, Manor House. We’re looking for someone to move in 1st August.

It’s £705 per month, including all bills, internet, cleaning and house kitty. The deposit is one months’ rent. Rooms come mostly unfurnished, but there’s usually bits kicking about. It unfortunately doesn’t have an external window, but does have ventilation.

We’re a house of 15 with a mix of designers, musicians, makers, doers. We’re quite chill during the weekdays - house meals, pool, films - then usually out and about on the weekends. We’re looking for someone permanently and who wants to be involved in the house - we’re a pretty tight and social house, but respectful of each other's space. We’re a large house of different schedules and have occasional parties/gatherings so being okay with noise is important for our new housemate and us - we’ve got a quiet by midnight rule for weekdays so there is a balance! The current household is 1/3 LGBTQIA+.

There’s a studio, where some housemates work from home and a little outdoor area. We’re not currently looking for couples, sorry! We also have a cat, Gengis who’s very chill but doesn’t like to share his space with other pets.

Kin 2000 is a one floor warehouse conversion.
The rooms available have a ladder to the top level.

Tenancy Type

You will receive a tenancy agreement. There is no referencing process and no checks regarding income, job or credit.

It is a rolling one month contract, with one months notice to move out.
