We have a double room with a mezzanine bed area in Kin 2000 in Arena Design Centre, Manor House. Move in date is 1st June 2026.

It’s £705 per month, including all bills, internet and house kitty. House kitty pays for cleaning products, communal kitchen stuff and things like blue and loo roll.

Deposit is one months’ rent. Rooms come unfurnished. Although there’s usually some furniture kicking about that’s up for grabs. It unfortunately doesn’t have an external window, but it does have a fresh air ventilation system and an internal window that faces the corridor.

We’re a house of 16 with a mix of designers, hospitality workers, musicians, makers, doers. We’re quite chill during the weekdays then usually out and about on the weekends. We’re looking for a long term house member who wants to be involved in the house - we’re a pretty tight and social house, but respectful of each other's space. We’re a large house of different schedules and have occasional parties/gatherings so being okay with noise is important for our new housemate and us - we’ve got a quiet by midnight rule for weekdays so there is a balance! The current household is 1/3 LGBTQIA+

There’s a studio at the front of the house where some housemates work from home. We have a small outdoor area at the front and another back of the house. We’re not currently looking for couples, sorry! We also have a cat, Genghis who’s very chill but doesn’t like to share his space with other animals, so for that reason, we’re not accepting anymore pets!

3x showers / 3x loos / 2x washing machines and a tumble dryer.

Accessibility

Kin 2000 is a one floor warehouse conversion. We are step access only. 1 step to get into the side access of the house and 4 steps at the front.
The rooms themselves are two floor rooms with a ladder to get up to the mezzanine.

Tenancy Type

Universal Credit, housing benefit and other types of allowances are accepted, as long as you are able to pay the full amount of rent.
You will receive a tenancy agreement. There is no referencing process and no checks regarding income, job or credit.

It is a rolling one month contract, with one month’s notice to move out.
