Double room to let in beautiful child friendly warehouse.

Big double room to let in a beautiful home at Arena Design Centre, Haringey Warehouse District. Start day must be 13 October. Vibes are mindful and chill, it's not a party house. Shared with 5 females including a 14 years old and a male cat, our baby! Vibes are homely, creative and child friendly; it is not a party house.

The room.
The room isn't huge, yet it's still fits a double bed. It is completely. ATM it's looking different to the photo because the person who is in lay it out differently, but when you take it it will look more like in the photos you see here. Notice there is no windows to the outdoors.

About you:
We're looking for a preferably female flatmate who is looking for a home, not just a room! Someone who is respectful, grounded, friendly and cares about people and the space. You are clean and tidy and also genuinely child friendly, maybe you come from a cultural background where children and adults mingle spontaneously? An attitude towards compromising to do your effort to have minimum negative environmental impact is definitely a plus. An interest in children's education, theatre, arts, nature and/or meditation would simply be ace!

About us:
We're a mixture of ages (though mainly in their early twenties and me in my forties) and tastes, students, entrepreneurs and path finders.

Commitments:
We have a weekly cleaning rota. We all tidy after ourselves. We all bring cleaning products, toiletry, cat's food/litter and we have a couple of commons food sections. We are OK with living spaces being used in creative ways (playing music, drawing, video making, craft and other makings, dancing, silk climbing etc). Please do not contact us if you cannot commit to doing your part to keep the space clean and fresh.

The agreement:
The let is for up to three months with the possibility of becoming permanent. This is, to be sincere, because we're looking for a match, rather than just to fill up the room.
1 month deposit.
We don't cook/consume meat in the house except for fish.

The neighborhood:
Arena Design Center is a creative and social hub. There is a mixed of artists, IT, DIY and social scientists as well as people into humanities. We're part of Haringay Warehouse District, a vibrant and huge community with all kind of ideas being put into practise. Its a 15 minutes walk from Manor house station (Piccadilly line) and Seven Sisters (Victoria line), and 10mins from Haringay Green Lanes (Overground). A stroll from Green Lanes, a vivid street full of restaurants and coffee shops, and a shorter walk to Arena Business Shopping and a massive Sainsbury's store. We also got plenty of greenery around, including Finsbury Park and Woodberry downs, where you can go for a swim at the water reserve.
