Cute room in GORGEOUS flat - N4 green lanes

Hello!! My name is Tash, 29 and I’m looking for a housemate to share a stupidly gorgeous and spacious flat that is right next to Finsbury Park. It’s a year contract, and the landlord renews the same tenants every year so it’s pretty reliable! My current housemate is moving out to live with her boyf, and can leave any time between end of Sept and Oct 24th.

🛌 THE ROOM
Comes with double bed and fitted wardrobes, spacious enough to fit a desk and another piece of furniture.
Bright with lots of natural light.
Good storage.

🏠 THE FLAT
Big kitchen with more storage than you could shake a stick at.
Light and airy large living room which currently houses a small jungle of plants and copious books.
We rent through an agency who are very local to us, and good for repairs!
There is a washing machine AND DRYER 🚨
Loads of room in the fridge and freezer.

📍 LOCATION
It’s on the bottom rung of the Harringay ladder
Very well connected: 6 mins from Harringay station (to Moorgate in 15 mins), 10 mins from Harringay green lanes overground, 15 mins from Manor House (picadilly line), and 20 mins from Finsbury Park (pic, vic, national rail etc)

🧍🏼‍♀️ WHO AM I LOOKING FOR?
- Someone with a salary above £31,000
- Nice person, queer friendly no tories etc
- Preferably between the ages of 26-36 just so it’s a similar vibe
- Someone who likes to keep a clean flat (we have a cleaning rota) but doesn’t have unreasonably high standards sometimes life happens!
- Preferably a musician or creative!!

Would love to live with someone friendly and social who is happy to hang out and have dinner/pub trip together but also has their own things going on! I have a lot of stuff that I do out of work but I absolutely want it to feel like a positive + friendly household where we can make plans together if we want to!

🌻 ABOUT ME
I’m a musician (day job in marketing for a children’s charity) and I love anything creative. I’m a mean cook and I love throwing dinner parties. I run (slowly) and I often go swimming at the reservoir in Manor House which isn’t too far away. I also love vintage and charity shopping and my wardrobe is heaving so if you can encourage me to start selling some of my stuff on Vinted that is a PLUS 🫡

NB: you will hear me sing a couple of nights of week, but a) I promise I’m a good singer and b) it’s always after work and never during unsociable hours!! I do a lot of gigs and creative projects and I’m always down for my housemates to join in!
