2 bright mezzanine rooms in 5 person warehouse

BEAUTIFUL MEZZANINE WAREHOUSE ROOM - 5 PERSON HOME - NO COUPLES, NO PETS, NO SMOKING

We have a beautiful mezzanine room with loads of natural light (great for plants, great for winter blues) available in our 5 person warehouse - the room needs to be filled between November 2nd and December 23rd.

The room comes with a mattress, bedframe, desk, and some basic furniture, as well as some of the plants in the photos. The mezzanine has a brand new staircase and has been recently repainted!

We’ve got room for indoor bike storage and room for overflow storage if required. You'll be sharing a huge living area, roomy kitchen, garden with fire pit and one bathroom (we're all on different schedules so no shower queues!) with 4 others - no couples or pets though, sorry divas! We are 3 ladies and 1 guy; 3 of us have our partners round regularly though so the gender balance is pretty...balanced. We're a LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly household and want to find people who want to make our home a cosy fun space where everyone feels respected and comfortable being themselves. We are primarily hoping to welcome someone within our age range (30s to 40s) who has also left the wild times behind, and despite occasionally seeking them out, prefers a calm, peaceful home environment. TLDR - not a party house.

If you come for a viewing you'll be meeting myself (Anna), Elin and Frith; Ross is hiking in Nepal at the moment and will be back in December! We will do a house dinner every couple of months and have the occasional movie marathon, and all come together if someone is having a bbq/party, but other than that, we're very much a "do our own thing, happy to chat when we see each other" kind of mix.

We've got a weekly rota for stuff like bins, putting dishes away, washing tea towels etc. but we do have a lovely cleaner who comes for 2 hours every 2 weeks. Rent is £950 pcm (bills included) locked in until June 2026, with £24 a month for kitty covering communal basics, the cleaner’s wages, and a contribution to a house improvement fund - all paid on the 1st of the month. Deposit of one month’s rent is required to hold the room.

We are one of the smaller warehouses in Arena Design Centre community for creatives of 20+ other warehouses. Arena itself is part of the larger Manor House warehouse community. There is (free) parking onsite for residents who need it, and we are a 15-minute walk from Manor House and Seven Sisters (underground), and Haringey Green Lanes (overground). There’s a shopping centre about 10 minutes away, with your usual shops and a gym too.
