2 bright mezzanine rooms in 5 person warehouse

We have 2 beautiful mezzanine rooms with loads of natural light (great for plants, great for winter blues) available in our 5 person warehouse - one from November 19, one from November 30 (can potentially discuss earlier move date).

The rooms come with a mattress, bedframe, desk, and some basic furniture. We’ve got room for indoor bike storage and room for overflow storage if required. You'll be sharing a huge living area, roomy kitchen, garden with fire pit and one bathroom (we're all on different schedules so no shower queues!) with 4 others - no couples or pets though, sorry divas! We've got 2 people moving out so we are looking for 2 new housemates at the moment.

If you come for a viewing you'll be meeting myself (Anna), Bram and Frith - we're in our late 20s to late 30s and would prefer to keep ages and genders balanced in the house if possible. This is not a party house and we do like to keep the house a tidy, calm environment day-to-day, but we do enjoy having house meals, drinks by the firepit, and watching films or the football/F1. We're a LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly household and want to find people who want to make our home a cosy fun space where everyone feels respected and comfortable being themselves.

We've got a weekly rota for stuff like bins, putting dishes away, washing tea towels etc. but we do have a lovely cleaner who comes for 2 hours every 2 weeks. Rent for both rooms is £910 (bills included) with £24 a month for kitty covering communal basics, the cleaner’s wages, and a contribution to a house improvement fund - all paid on the 1st of the month. Deposit of one month’s rent is required to hold the room.

We are one of the smaller warehouses in Arena Design Centre community for creatives of 20+ other warehouses. Arena itself is part of the larger Manor House warehouse community. There is (free) parking onsite for residents who need it, and we are a 15-minute walk from Manor House and Seven Sisters (underground), and Haringey Green Lanes (overground). There’s a shopping centre about 10 minutes away, with your usual shops and a gym too.

We will be holding our first viewings on October 15th from 4pm to 7pm and continue viewings from October 24th. I only have access to show Room 1 until November 1st, however this is a great opportunity to see the house and meet us if you are interested in Room 2!
