Description
I'm leaving our flat share of three to move in with my fiancee, and so I'm looking for someone to take on my room in our lovely flat from 12th Dec through until the end of August.
THE HOUSE
The flat is a good community. We all cook for each other once a week and keep food essentials (like milk and pasta) communal. We have also hosted quite a few dinner parties and house parties, and I'm sure the boys want to keep this going!
The flat is in an excellent location, opposite Finsbury Park, 20 metres from Manor House station (Piccadilly Line) and one stop from the Victoria Line.
There’s a 24-hour news agency and co-op within 50 metres, and several large supermarkets and 2 gyms within 10 min walk.
WHO ARE WE
Ewan, 25
• chef for aforementioned dinner parties
• early riser, rower and gym goer
• big fan of live music (techno or indie-folk)
• works in AI drug discovery
John, 26
• likes music production, raves, reading, going to the gym
• introverted by nature, but enjoys a trip to the pub!
