Two double rooms in bright house with big garden

My two flatmates are sadly moving out, so I am looking for two cool new flatmates. I am looking for flatmates who like doing things together like going to the pub, watching sports or ideally doing sports like climbing, tennis or even ice skating ;). I am organising football games every week, would be cool if you join from time to time but no worries if not. Love having a bbq from time to time in the house and make the most of the nice spacious garden.
I am a research fellow at UCL in the field of X-ray imaging. I don't want a party house during the week but I am not opposed to a party or too on the weekends;)
You should be respectful with your flatmates regarding noise and cleanliness. I am not super clean myself, I am just expecting standard things like doing the dishes immediately after using them.

In order to be considered as a potential tenant, the landlord requires you to have a full time job and you have to pass a reference check. The total deposit is 3000£ and we are dividing it equally such that everybody pays 1000£. I just recently moved in so that i cant say with certainty but the additional costs per month are around 150£. The house is in Council Tax Band D.

Manor House tube station and Green Lanes overground station are 10 mins away. and there is a huge sainsbury's, Aldi, Sports direct and TK Max around.

Room 1 (ground floor) is available from now and room 2 (first floor) is available from 3rd of january.
