Double Room Manor House

Hey guys, my flatmate is moving out to live with their partner so we have an opening!!! The remaining flatmates will be myself (29) and my housemate chelsea (27). We are both friendly and (normal?) people and would ideally like our housemate to be our new friend.

We are both working professionals, I work as a catastrophe modeller and Chelsea works as a geotechnical engineer. We are sociable people and would be keen to do dinners, go to the pub and hang out in general. On the flip side, we also very respectful of bed time and like to keep the house clean and tidy. This is a must from any new housemate so please only apply if you like a clean environment.

The flat itself is a fairly big, ground floor flat with a garden. The living room and kitchen are big and open plan. It could defo use some more plants and artwork (and fingers crossed your stuff would fit right in hehe). The room is a good size- it has a little patio attached with a door with a window in. Have a look at the pics and you’ll see what I mean. The only downside of this is there isn’t much light in the winter but that isn’t exactly unusual for London 😅. We are super keen to meet people and get some people over to view the flat, so hit me up if you’re interested!

I should add that we are of course LGBTQIA+ friendly. We may be open to couples but this is something that we would assess on a case by case basis, and the room would be 1200 (so our rent is marginally reduced).

The flat is rented with an agency, so this would all be above board, and you would be signing on to a contract. We’ve already been there a while, so the contract is rolling. We do plan on staying a while longer though so we are looking for someone more permanent.
