Large Double room available with own bathroom

Large Double room available in 4 bed house only 5 min walk to manor house tube. Double bed, 2 wardrobes & set of drawers staying in the room. You will have a bathroom with shower to yourself too. Kitchen with all the usual things in full working order. Living room & garden for use too. International household with everyone in their 30's & 40's . People only smoke in their bedrooms if that's a concern for anyone. I don't smoke and it hasn't been a problem.
You will need to pass credit checks with the agency which means you need to earn more than £23000 per year. and we are on a rolling month to month contract. I've been there for over 2 years and everyone's else has been there longer. Rent will be 762.50 due on the 7th of the month, deposit will be 762.50 also. Bills are £100pm. Room will be available on 7th Jan. I've already started packing so some of the pics are messy so I've included the ones from before I moved in.
