Currently listing both double rooms in a two bed flat in Hartingtons Court, available from the 1st February 2025, with access to a communal gym and swimming pool!

Groups of 2 people may be preferable as the whole flat is available, however if 2 individuals rent the room we will make sure you are happy with your new flatmate before we proceed to move forward.

*IMPORTANT* Please note that this will be signed as a new contract, where the landlord may subject the price to a slight price increase.

The flat is in Hartingtons Court, under 5 minutes away from Manor House Station and 15 minutes away from Finsbury Park Station. If you are commuting, there are very good transport links from Manor House/Finsbury Park, taking only 10-15 minutes to get into Central London. Finsbury Park has a direct train to Kings Cross, taking only 5 minutes.

We would request that flatmates keep a friendly and sociable household, ideally working professionals as you will have to meet the income eligibility.

The flat is a 2 bedroom apartment coming with a total of 3 bathrooms, it has a large living room and kitchen area with an lovely view of the Woodberry Down Wetlands.

Both double rooms come with en-suite bathroom, a large wardrobe and a view overlooking the green area. One room has a larger window while the other room is slightly larger in size, hence why their prices are the same. Please note the images are from when the flat was not furnished, the flat comes furnished.
