Short-Term Double Room in Woodberry Down

Hey - I'm planning on doing some short term travelling, and am looking for someone to take my room for between 1 and 3 months ish, from now ish/ November time.

The flat is a 7th Floor, 3-bed, 2-bath flat in a new-built block, with a huge outside terrace, fully furnished to a high spec. You'll be sharing with 2 really nice guys, who are both very tidy, happy to hang out a bit, but also happy doing their own thing.

The room is also fully furnished, and I have loads of storage to be able to put my things away while I'm travelling. The room actually has two single beds next to each other to make one [short] super kingsize bed - it was an idea to help me and my partner sleep better next to each other! You can barely notice, but just worth mentioning. Bills come to around 145 per month.

The flat is 5 mins walk from the Manor House tube stop, close to Stokey, close to Finsbury park, but still in a surprisingly quiet and very green part of London. There's also a shared garden with a ping pong table, and a bike storage.

I'm pretty chill on the exact duration to let the room out for - will base my travels around what works for you. I just want to find someone I can trust, and that will get on with the other two housemates.
