Looking for a likeminded female to join me in this furnished 2 bed 3 bath flat in Hartingtons Court, available from the 1st February 2025, with access to a communal gym, residence lounge, concierge and swimming pool!

Location 🏡: Woodberry Down Estate.
The flat is under 5 minutes away from Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line) and 15 minutes away from Finsbury Park Station (Piccadilly/Victoria Line & National rail services). If you are commuting, there are very good transport links from Manor House/Finsbury Park, taking only 10-15 minutes to get into Central London. Finsbury Park has a direct train to Kings Cross, only taking 5 minutes.

The flat is a 2 bedroom apartment coming with a total of 3 bathrooms (2 en suites and WC). It has a large open plan living room with a large sofa, tv chair, tv console, 4 person dining table with chairs, and kitchen area with a lovely view of the Woodberry Down Wetlands from private balcony. Flat also has underfloor heating!

Bedroom 🛏️: The available room is the largest bedroom in the flat with plenty of space for a desk if you wfh. It comes with a king size bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. The en-suite is again the largest en-suite in the flat with bath/shower.

About me ✨: I’m Uzma, 30 year old Scottish gal! I work as a Clinical Project Manager in the Pharmaceutical industry (I also wfh), and when I’m not working, I love exploring London’s food scene or just cooking up a nice dinner and having a chill night in.
I’d describe myself as a neat freak (in a good way!) and I’m looking for someone who appreciates keeping things tidy and clean. If you’re someone who enjoys a homely and peaceful environment, we’ll get on great!
