I’m looking for a friendly and responsible person to share this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat starting May 1st. The total rent is £2200 per month, split as follows:

£1000 for the smaller room (I would prefer to take this but can be flexible)

£1200 for the larger room with ensuite

Bills are not included but are usually around £150 each per month.

About the Flat:

Spacious and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry. Will need to buy a bed but wardrobes and chest of drawers already there.
Cozy living area perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

A bit about me: I’m 32, a yoga teacher and love staying active with my practice, gym and being out for walks & ecstatic dance! My teaching schedule varies, but I generally teach evenings, weekends, and sometimes during the day depending on the day. I’m looking for a roommate who’s also friendly, respectful, and appreciates a calm and peaceful home. Im pretty social so love someone to chat to but also appreciate time on my own. I have a well-behaved 11-year-old dog Blossom who shares her time between me and my ex (I have her for half of the month).
