Room in fully furnished flat with 2 others

Me and my current flatmate Chris have are looking for a third person to joint us in our flat.

About us:
We’ve lived together for nearly 4 years in 2 separate flats (both times forced to move as landlord wanted to sell/move back in).
We’re pretty chill, like our own space but also enjoy a good chat. I’m a massive rugby fan so have got Chris into watching that with me.
I’m a 30 year old vet nurse and I have two hand reared nearly 2 year old cats - Fat Barry and Moira. They’re very friendly and love cuddles and belly rubs. I go bouldering at the castle climbing (2 minutes away) and am an animal lover.

Chris is 28, works in IT and likes films, music, gaming, going for walks and gigs. He normally WFH 2 days a week. .

We’re looking for someone equally chilled who enjoys a good chat, If you’re open to occasional drinks or gigs, or mario kart, even better!

The flat- it used to be an air BnB so has lots high quality gadgets.

Manor House/Finsbury Park ground floor 3 bedroom flat with private garden - Bicycle storage box in the private garden.

Bedroom available:

£825 pcm- a Small Double size ottoman bed with a memory foam mattress, computer desk, wardrobe, Tv, Blackout curtains and wooden venetian blinds.  
 
Living room:
ccorner sofa bed, plasma TV set and home cinema. Folding table and office chair. Direct access to the private garden.

Kitchen-
Large fridge-freezer, washing machine, heat pump dryer, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and blender, pots, pans, table and bar stools.

Bathroom and toilet room:
Separate bathroom and toilet room

Garden- nice and big
