Lovely Double Room in Bright & Sunny Flat – Available from 1st August

Hello!

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy female flatmate to join me in a lovely two-bedroom flat just across the road from Finsbury Park. The room will be available from 1st August.

The Room & Flat

You’ll have a comfortable double bedroom with plenty of storage – a spacious wardrobe with under-bed storage, plus an additional storage cupboard in the corridor just for you.

The flat is bright, spacious and well looked after. We have a large living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and all essential kitchen equipment), a generous shower room and a separate toilet.

Please note that some minor decorative works are currently being arranged following a previous water leak. The issue itself has been resolved and the flat remains fully habitable, but I’m happy to explain the details and timeline during viewings.

Location

The flat is ideally located just a short walk from Piccadilly Line Underground and Harringay Green Lanes Overground station, making it easy to get anywhere in London.

Finsbury Park is literally across the road, perfect if you enjoy running, walking or simply having some green space nearby. The area also offers plenty of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and local amenities.

About Me

I’m a 34-year-old creative currently finishing my second degree in Music Business while also working professionally as a singer.

I have a fairly busy schedule between university, work and creative projects, so I’m not home all the time. When I am home, I enjoy having a calm, comfortable and respectful environment.

I value cleanliness, open communication and consideration for shared spaces. I’m looking for someone who naturally treats a home with care rather than someone who sees it as just a place to sleep.

The Kind of Flatmate I’m Looking For

Ideally, you’d be a working professional or mature student with a stable routine and an independent lifestyle.

This is not a party flat. Friends and partners are welcome to visit occasionally, but overall the flat is best suited to someone who appreciates a peaceful home environment.

I’m particularly looking for someone who is naturally tidy and proactive in shared spaces — someone who cleans up after themselves, helps keep common areas pleasant, and respects the fact that we’re sharing a home together.

The Agreement

Each tenant has a separate contract directly with the landlord.
