Friendly and relaxed warehouse house

HOUSE WAREHOUSE!
Hey hey! Unfortunately I'm leaving my room in a super friendly, happy warehouse in Chilli Works, Manor House, in North London, so we need a new bean!
The room is at £763, it will be available from 20th September (this is flexible) - the price includes all bills, internet, biweekly cleaner, joint kitty, etc...
We try to keep the house balanced so are hoping to find somebody that goes by she/ heror they/them.
A bit about the house; there are currently 8 of us, all in our 20s-30s. We all work and stay respectful of those that are on different schedules but, whenever we can, we will regularly get together to chat about life, go to gigs, to the pub, film nights, arrange who will be taking on the house meal or meet over Finsbury Park to make the most of our weekends together.

We have a mix of creative kings, cooperate queens, a nanny and a lovely little pup - all lovely people! We sometimes have parties and now the summer is coming spend time outdoors.
The room is good-sized double bedroom with a sky light, it comes unfurnished but some of the furniture is open to offers!
The rest of the warehouse is well kitted for shared living with two bathrooms, two ovens, two washing machines.... We have a projector, dart board, loads of plants and way too many sofas for movie nights. We have a large shared courtyard and some amazing neighbours around us.
The warehouse itself is located close to all convenient amenities. We're around 10-minutes walk to Manor House station (Piccadilly Line), Harringay Green Lanes/Harringay (Overground), and Stamford Hill (Overground). You can easily transfer to the Victoria Line via Finsbury Park, or you can walk 15 minutes through the park to the station itself. Popular buses include the 29, 141, 341, 253, 254, 259, and 279. With all the transport lines you need, you can get to Kings Cross in around 20-minutes. You have Green Lanes at your doorstep which is known for some of the best local food in London. There is a large Sainsbury's just five minutes walk away as well as the entire Arena Shopping Park which includes a tkmax, Argos, Superdrug and recently an amazing Aldi!! And of course never forgetting the 24-hour McDonald's for late night food.
