About the House:
The house has 4 bedrooms in total, two are currently available. Both existing housemates are professionals working full time, one fully workplace based and the other hybrid with three days in the office. It's a quiet, friendly and respectful house.
The house has a lovely garden filled with squirrels and birds. There is a large drive with ample parking space.
About the rooms:
Both rooms are very spacious with lots of windows and natural light, and come fully furnished. One is at the front facing the driveway, the other at the back facing the garden.
Move-In Details:
Available immediately.
Deposit due upon agreement
Bills are approximately £150 per month.
