I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in a fantastic house share near Manor House and Finsbury Park, opposite the Castle Climbing Centre.

8-minute walk to Manor House Tube station
15-minute walk to Finsbury Park Tube station
Right outside a bus stop!
Nestled between Finsbury Park and Clissold Park, just behind the West Reservoir.

About the House:

The household consists of three other housemates, some of whom work remotely. It’s a friendly and respectful environment, perfect for someone looking for a balance between socialising and personal space. It has a wonderful garden and ample parking space.

The room comes fully furnished with:

Bed and mattress
Two-door wardrobe with drawers
Chest of drawers
Large desk and chair
Bedside table

Move-In Details:

Available from mid October (negotiable for earlier)
Deposit due upon agreement
Bills are approximately £100 per month, varying slightly between summer and winter
