We're looking for a professional individual to join the 2-bedroom + 2-bathroom flat on Myddleton Avenue.

I am sadly moving out of London due to work. We are looking for someone to replace me, and the new tenant will have a new tenancy agreement for 12 months.

The Room:

A good-sized double room facing the courtyard, it's fully furnished, which includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of 4 drawers, a bedside table and a small shelf. The office table and chair are mine, I intend to sell them, but they are also flexible to go if not needed.

The Flat:
The flat is located on the 1st floor. You will only have 1 flatmate. The flat has a decent-sized living room, a separate kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. All of the furniture in the living room will stay.

Facilities:
A parking spot is available, and there is a private Japanese-style garden downstairs that can be accessed by residents only.
