Room going in lovely house by Green Lanes

Hey all ☺️ there’s a room going in the house I’m living in in Manor House; the house is shared between 6 rooms and 7 flatmates, and varying ages. It’s a really nice house and despite a lot of people, most of the time you barely see each other!

For reference, I’m one of 3 girls living here (I’m 25), and there are two couples. You’d have an en-suite room but share a toilet with me and one other guy on our floor. There is a referencing process you would need to pass, including being able to afford 2.5x the rent and two written references from professionals or your last landlord. I believe the rent for the room in question is £895 + c. £80 for bills.
