MOVING IN OCTOBER 26TH

EDIT: for couples, there is a double room with en suite & walk-in closet @ £1550/month. This is the rent and bills calculated for 3 people. For 4 people, we would have to adjust bills probably & council tax (I think another £200 on top). I am a tenant, not a landlord, so I’m doing this as I go and learning along the way.

For 1 person, there is the room @ £1220/month all included.

I do not know if references required.

DEPOSIT PROTECTED & genuinely lovely place; you’d have a proper contract etc. The landlord wants the property back in February, sadly.

October is upon us and I’ve an exciting real quick 4 month rental opportunity: looking for a new housemate to join us in our 3-bedroom luxury apartment in Manor House.

🗓️ The room is available from Oct 26th on a 4-month contract *only*, until 26th February. After that, we’re all moving out 😞 landlord wants the property back.

Housemates: me, Samantha (She/Her), 35yo, work in sales in Ldn, hybrid. Enjoy salsa, chatting, tv, nature & general mooching 🙂 & Ben, works in marketing & is a gym bunny who enjoys a chilled time.

Rent 💰: £1,220 incl. bills + amenities

Room 🛏️: can have a bed, desk, shelves (as pictured) or can be unfurnished! Please LMK + at the end of tenancy we’d have to organise getting the flat back into original condition (unfurnished)

Amenities 🏋️‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️🏊‍♀️: we have an in-house gym in the basement with a yoga studio, massage room, swimming pool, and spa (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) and the advertised room has stunning panoramic views across London.

The sunrises are wild 🌄

We're also close to lots of water, canals, and green space 🏞️: New River (2 min walk), Woodberry Down Wetlands (2 min walk), Clissold Park (~15 min-walk), and Finsbury Park (7 min walk).

Also, you'll only share the bathroom with moi. 🧖🏽‍♀️

Transport 🚏: we're a 7-minute walk from Manor House station on the Piccadilly Line and 1 stop away from Finsbury Park (Victoria Line and National Rail). We're also close to Harringay Green Lanes, Stamford Hill, and Stoke Newington Overground stations. We also have easy access to a ton of bus routes going all across London.

Accessibility: There are 3 lifts in the building.

What we're looking for 🔎: a kind, clean, and sociable queer/queer-friendly person aged 30-40 to join us. We can't accommodate couples. Also, the landlord can't accommodate benefits.
