Room Available – Manor House Warehouse

We have 1 room available in our happy warehouse at £788pcm from the 2nd Jan – including all bills, internet, biweekly cleaner, joint kitty, etc... and are looking for a new housemate to join the family.

We try to keep the house balanced so are hoping to find somebody that goes by he/him or they/them but, we will always prioritise a great fit!

A bit about the house; there are currently 8 of us, all in our 20s-30s. We all work and stay respectful of those that are on different schedules but, whenever we can, we will regularly get together to chat about life, arrange who will be taking on the bi-weekly house meal or meet over Finsbury Park to make the most of summer days and enjoy our weekends together.
The rooms are all good sized double bedrooms with windows. The rest of the warehouse is well kitted for shared living with three bathrooms, two ovens, two washing machines... We have a projector, Apple TV and way too many sofas for movie nights. We have a large shared courtyard and some amazing neighbours around us.

The warehouse itself is located close to all convenient amenities. We're around 10-minutes walk to Manor House station (Piccadilly Line), Harringay Green Lanes/Harringay (Overground), and Stamford Hill (Overground). You can easily transfer to the Victoria Line via Finsbury Park, or you can walk 15 minutes through the park to the station itself. Popular buses include the 29, 141, 341, 253, 254, 259, and 279. With all the transport lines you need, you can get to Kings Cross in around 20-minutes. You have Green Lanes at your doorstep which is known for some of the best local food in London. There is a large Sainsbury's just five minutes walk away as well as the entire Arena Shopping Park which includes Argos, Superdrug and Aldi. And of course never forgetting the 24-hour McDonald's for late night food or if you’re like us - convincing the house to get hangover food for movie Sundays.
