Just a short walk from Green Lanes and Finsbury Park. Also a 5 minute walk from Seven Sisters tube station for access to the victoria line.🌿

Rent = £845 + £140 Bills

Room is unfurnished so plenty of space to move your stuff in if you're inbetween places and need a place to stay.

Comes with increbile garden and living space.

Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher), 2 bathrooms + utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
There’s also a **gorgeous garden with veg beds** – any interest in gardening / sustainable living is a big plus. 🌱

👯 **Current Household**
