Mezzanine room for COUPLE in spacious warehouse

We have a large mezzanine room available in our North East London warehouse (N4), available on the 25th January. We're ideally looking for another couple to take the room as we want to keep the balance of the house. Rent is £820 + bills.

Our place consists of seven sizeable rooms, plus a large common area with double height ceiling, desk space, large kitchen and two bathrooms. There’s room for bikes and we can sort a parking space if needed. We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

The room itself is one of the largest rooms in the house, with a mezzanine bed, built-in clothing storage and a large skylight.

We're aged between 26 - 33 and love getting together for house dinners, gigs, film nights or drinks on the weekend but we're not a party house. We're looking for a couple that are easygoing, tidy and are keen to get involved in house activities. We also have a house rabbit named Oti, so no other pets sorry.

We are a 12 minute walk from both Manor House and Seven Sisters stations and close to several bus lines that go into central and towards Dalston. We also have a large Sainsburys a 5 minute walk away.
