Flatmate wanted in Finsbury park area

My flatmate is moving out after 2.5 years as he's moving closer to central London for work. 1 year left on lease minimum (10 Feb 2027). Landlord is v chill and lives in Oxford so we're pretty much left to our own devices.

The flat is a good sized two bed and the room is a decent sized space with a desk/wardrobe etc you also get your own bathroom which is a big plus!

There's a balcony and a kitchen with everything you could need :)

We're a few mins walk from manor house station (Piccadilly line) and only one stop away from Finsbury park (Victoria line). Kings cross is also aboutt 15/20 mins away so it makes travel across London super easy. There's a coop and sainsburys within walking distance and we are a short walk away from Finsbury park and clissold park.

Ok boring stuff out the way, about me! I'm 27, a dog walker (so please like dogs as you'll meet A LOT of them 😂), big gym goer and pint drinker, love a good pub/resteraunt. Pretty outgoing but very much love my own solo time so dw I won't be all up in your space 24/7.
