Double room in spacious, creative warehouse

Hi everyone! We have a room going in our queer four-person warehouse in Manor House; you’ll be sharing with three others and a little pet rat, Roo. Move in date is flexible, but ideally late-Jan/Feb 1st.

The room is a decent sized double for £700 + bills, and a deposit of the same price. Bills end up being between £100-150 per month, depending on the season. It’s a light, airy room with a door to the garden at the back (currently obscured by the bed in the photos, but you can arrange the space as you like 😊). It is mostly unfurnished, coming with a bed frame only.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make the place a home and appreciates a peaceful, supportive environment. At the moment we enjoy eating together, chatting in the communal space, watching Traitors and hosting dinners for friends and neighbours. We’d love to have someone who understands the warehouse community, and wants to get involved with the house. We value communication, collaboration and care within our home.

Our unit is a live-work space, and we have a generous communal area which would suit someone who works creatively. There’s plenty of opportunity to make the space your own.

Unfortunately, subletting is not currently allowed. We’re not looking for couples, or any more pets (due to our ratty resident).
