Queer Warehouse Spring/Summer Sublet Finsbury Park

We have two rooms available in our beautiful N4 warehouse, each for 4 month sublet (some flexibility on end date).

Room 1:

- £670 per month (all bills included)
- Available from 19th March-June
- Part furnished with handmade queen-sized bed frame + mattress, storage, clothes rail
- No window
- Quiet in volume, and insulated well
- Good floor space

Room 2:

- £680 per month (all bills included)
- Available from 31st March-June
- Part furnished with double mattress, hanging rail, desk, storage
- Window
- Mezzanine (around 8 steps)

We're a queer household seeking creative, adventurous, clean, caring, curious people who would benefit from community! Together we enjoy all-sorts of activities; musical jams, clay craft days, birdwatching, movies on the projector, boardgames, bicycle rides, and communal meals.

Communal-minded people who are clean in shared areas are a very high priority for us! There's 12 housemates (13, if you include Luna the little black cat), big majority of us are trans, with a mix of jobs (music/video/art/science), plus people on Universal Credit.

Out front there's a big communal garden where people do yoga and enjoy the plants and flowers, and out back there's a car-park where neighbours socialise/put on events.

Aldi/Sainsbury's 10 minute walk. 20 minute walk to Victoria line, 15 minute to Piccadilly line.
