The house is a beautifully maintained Victorian character house, full of art, sharing with two other lovely women in their late thirties (professionals, Italian and Mexican)
Its a quiet friendly location, Finsbury park/Manor house N4 area.
The room has a VERY comfortable double bed with under storage, built in wardrobe, wooden floorboards & lots of light.
Large warm artistically designed living / dining room.
There's a downstairs bathroom for the other two housemates to share.
The kitchen has bar seating area, a great space for foodies to cook & prepare food.
All mod cons, broadband, wi fi , dishwasher, washing machine etc.
There's a garden if you like plants you're welcome to add to the flowers/ garden vibe!

Excellent transport facilities: 5 min walk to Haringey Green Lanes overground station- to north, east and west London. short walk to Manor house tube, zone 2 Piccadilly line.
24 hour buses to central London, Stoke Newington, camden etc.
The house is located in an up and coming vibrant area in London, surrounded by interesting artist's studios, delicious local Turkish/Kurdish restaurants & pubs and bars with live music.
Great local shops open 24 hours, perfect for sourcing ethnic foods from all over the world.
Very large Sainsbury's supermarket 5 mins walk away.

It's a friendly but independant household, with two lovely women, who are both generally pretty busy in life, as most of us are!

The room would suit a non smoking friendly, independent professional, who is clean, cares about a nice place to live, and likes a tidy, easy going & relaxed house!
£1300 including all bills.

We have a cleaner that comes twice a month which is the only extra cost.
