Double room in friendly home in Manor House 🌳

Looking for someone to take over my room in a friendly, four-bed home in Manor House, just a stone's throw from Finsbury Park.🏞️

You'll be joining Mayrum, Tony and Carly, a lovely group from Aus, the UK and NZ! Looking for someone sociable, tidy and considerate to join the household.

🛌 The double room you'd be taking over is on the top floor of the three storey house, with nice views at sunset out the window. The room comes furnished with the bed and mattress, some shelves, a large desk, two chests of drawers and a big open-style wardrobe with storage above it. There's also some storage in the loft and the garage.

🏡 The house has a decent-sized kitchen, a garage, a nice little garden with bbq and a driveway with space for a car so no need for a permit!

🚉 Amazingly well connected! Less than 10 mins walk to Manor House Station for Piccadilly line services, 12 mins from there to King's Cross. Finsbury Park station one stop away or 20-25 min walk through the park. Five min walk to Green Lanes overground station for Suffragette line for East-West connections. 10 min walk to Harringay train station, takes you into City of London in less than 20 mins or out into the Hertfordshire countryside in 25 for nice green walks.

🏪 Less than 2 mins walk away is a huge Sainsbury's and a good-sized Aldi, and a retail estate with a bunch of other useful shops like Superdrug, Poundland, B&Q etc so super convenient! Bustling Green Lanes is nearby for lots of pubs, bars, Turkish food, pharmacies and speciality grocers.

Rent is £625/month and bills usually work out to around £80-90/month.

Move-in date is 28th April, can be slightly flexible on this but really need to find someone quickly as I have a quick turnaround moving to my new place.
