We have a big, bright double room available in our spacious Manor House warehouse, with an opening roof window that lets in loads of light and fresh air.

Move-in date: May 9th (flexible)


Looking for a long-term housemate who will stay for at least 12 months.

The boring-but-important bits:

• Rent: £750 pcm + bills

• Deposit: £750
• To secure the room, we’ll ask for half the deposit (£375)
• No couples

• No pets

• Unfurnished

What’s included in the rent:

Water, council tax, and very fast internet.

Bills on top:

Gas, electric, and communal kitty – approx. £75 pcm

About the space:

This is a huge warehouse with 20 bedrooms, a large kitchen, living room, workspaces, and 4 bathrooms. You’ll be sharing with 19 people of various genders, ethnicities, nationalities, sexualities, and musical persuasions.

We’re a sociable house, not a non-stop party zone. There is the occasional party, but mostly it’s a good balance of hanging out, doing our own thing, creative projects, spontaneous fun, and chilled evenings. It’s lively when it needs to be, calm when it should be — probably not ideal if you’re looking for a fortress of solitude.

We’re looking for someone who wants to genuinely make this their home, plans to stay at least a year, and is respectful and tidy in shared spaces.

Please note:

No couples, room shares, pets, people looking for a party houses, or band practice spaces — sorry!

Location:

Excellent transport links with buses, Piccadilly & Victoria lines, and Overground all nearby. Big Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Lidl, plus loads of independent shops close by. Also lot's of green space nearby Woodberry Wetlands, Finsbury Park, Green Lanes, and Clissold Park are all within easy reach.
