Short term sublet available in Woodberry Down

I have a double room available to sublet in a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat in the heart of Woodberry Down, just a 5-minute walk from Manor House station.

The flat is in a modern building and has a large living room and balcony. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, so you'd have a private bathroom. The building sits right on top of several grocery stores which is very handy.

The room is available from 3rd July until 14th August at £1,500/month all inclusive (council tax, charges and WiFi).

A little about your flatmate: Tanya is an actor and Agile Coach who works from home quite a bit and uses the living room as a studio space during the day. Since she's around a lot, it would probably suit someone who isn't also working from home full time. Other than that we're just looking for someone who's clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
