Room available in waterside appartment

Vidya (28), Sander (29) and Luke (31) are looking for a new flatmate in our modern (and cosy) waterside apartment located in Manor House.

The room is fully furnished with a large double bed, desk and built in wardrobe. The flat is spacious, with an open plan kitchen and living room, and stunning views from our balcony over the West Reservoir (a hidden gem with lovely outdoor swimming/ Sailing and a great waterside cafe) and London.

The rent includes access to a gym and well sized swimming pool, as well as 24-hour concierge, all of which is located in the apartment building.

The surrounding area is great. We are located:
- 3-5 min walk from Manor House tube (Piccadilly line)
- 5-10min from Finsbury Park (Victoria line)
- 10-15 min walk from Stoke Newington

Getting into town is easy, and the surrounding area is also super green; we are situated close to a protected nature reserve as well as Clissold and Finsbury Parks. We are also close to some great restaurants and bars, happy to show you around if you are new to the area.

The flat is both calm and social in equal measure. All of us like spending our time being out in London and socialising. Always happy to have a flat dinner and hang out when we’re at home and do bars, gigs and culture. We also regularly spend time in the basement gym, running in nearby parks and outdoor swimming in the west reservoir (I promise these aren’t our whole personality).

We typically work from the office 3-4 days a week. Sander is an engineer working on microscopes, Luke is in the energy decarbonisation sector and Vidya just finished up her Masters in sustainable and environmental development
The tenancy will start on the 20th September 2026 and will be £1175 pcm (bills come to about £150 ish a month, council tax is band D).
