NB: Short term let over summer. BUT: I'm overseas for most of that time so you'll (mostly) have this beautiful place all to yourself, at "sharer" rates.

ALL bills included (and internet, fortnightly cleaner, netflix on flatscreen TV, large gym in building). It's a double room, furnished, 5 mins' walk from Piccadilly line (Manor House), in a modern building with concierge, large balcony with great views of the city, shared bathroom, secure bike storage under building. It's also walking distance to Finsbury and Clissold Parks and the books/bars/cafes of stoke newington and green lanes. Just around corner from Castle climbing centre and the sailing lake which has open water swimming every day over summer.

Great connections into central London, would be ideal for anyone with a short-term engagement in London, or moving to the city and need a base while finding your feet/looking for a more permanent arrangement.

About me: I'm a barrister (mostly human rights law). I have lived here for years. I work a lot, but when I'm not, I am often hiking/outdoor swimming, seeing friends, baking, reading at home (though often away at weekends). I work both from home at from my office in central London, but I have a desk in my bedroom, so when I have flatmates, you can have the living room. I'm overseas about 3 months / year.
