We are looking for a professional and respectful flatmate to share our luxury apartment. New build property - Berkley homes development, 7 th Floor flat with no residents above. Very quite and peaceful. Very warm all year round, with underfloor heating. It offers a large and spacious kitchen completed to a high spec, with dining area. All appliances are Bosch large dishwasher, washing machine, and Fridge. Complete with TV. Private gardens for the apartments are below the building.

Rent and Bills

Rent is £1000 every 4 weeks Bills are £70 every 4 weeks which includes within it council tax, electricity, water, and heating.

High speed unlimited Broadband and Netflix included.

The apartments have a secure bike storage area in the building for cyclists. 24/hour Gym located just across the road. Only one months notice required if you want to move on from the room.

The Room

The room is a large room with luxury king size bed and matress. Fitted with double mirrored wardrobes offering plenty of storage space. The room is airy and bright filled with natural sunlight from the large wall to ceiling Windows, offering stunning daytime and nighttime views of Alexander palace and the New river. Watch the magical sunsets from your room! :)

The Location

10mins to trendy Stoke newington church street, and 15 min to Angel.
2 mins away from Manor House Tube station, and about 10 minutes walk to Finsbury Park station or Haringay Green Lanes station. 15 minutes into the city on tube and plenty of busses.

Near by parks: clissold and Finsbury Park. Green space can also be found at Railway Fields Nature Reserve a short 5 minute walk away or downstairs in the apartments allocated private gardens. Woodberry wetlands, reservoir, climbing centre 2 minutes away. Pubs and amazing resturants on green lanes 5 minute walk. Brand new Sainsbury's just opened across the road as well as 24 hour convenience stores.

About Me

I'm 41 and a secondary school English teacher currently working on a PhD proposal. My husband also works in the education sector. We are a welcoming and friendly couple. There are some days of the week where we do not stay at the flat so you will get the flat to your self some of the time. We are very considerate with the communal space for our flat mates and like to see them use it 🙂We don’t mind if flat mates have overnight guests from time to time but no parties . We do require a DBS /Police check for all flatmates that live with us.

We like to keep the flat hygienic/ clean, and looked after as it is our home- so we do have a bathroom cleaning rota.
