Double room, en suite, Manor House zone 2

A very quiet and bright double room to rent in a new build flat. The flat is on the 7th floor (sub penthouse) with stunning views over the beautiful West Reservoir. I am looking for a friendly and quiet non-smoking professional (either male or female) to rent the spare room. The room itself is carpeted and fully furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers etc. The bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The flat has a separate lounge / dining area and kitchen, along with a spacious balcony overlooking the tranquil West Reservoir. I have a fast WiFi connection via fibre broadband. There is also a secure bike parking area on the ground floor of the building. I do not have pets and its just me (the owner) living at the flat. I am a friendly 46 year old male, working for an investment management firm in the City and I am also a keen runner / triathlete. I am currently working from home, but should be going back into the office for 3 days per week at some point soon.

The flat is incredibly quiet and typically the only noise comes from ducks or geese given that it overlooks West Reservoir and a nature reserve. The flat is located 4 minutes walk from Manor House tube station (zone 2) which is on the Piccadilly line, and also less than 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park which has overground trains and also the Victoria Line. There is also a bus stop outside the flat with buses (141 and 341) direct to the City. A journey into central London typically takes 20-25 minutes from the front door. There is a local Co-op and Sainsbury's about 5 minutes walk from the flat there is also a large Sainsbury's superstore a couple of bus stops away along Green Lanes. The location is amazing for pursuits such as running (flat is next to the New River Path), climbing (Castle climbing centre is 3 minutes walk away), swimming, sailing, kayaking etc. (West Reservoir water sports centre), and there is a gym (The Gym) about 5 minutes walk away.
