It is a non smoking house for a single occupant per room in a residential area. The rent includes all the bills.

Green lanes is a short walk and is great for all your shopping bars and restaurants with coffee shops and bakeries. There's Fitness First, TK MAXX, Next, Homebase, McDonald's, and much more and not forgetting Aldi and Sainsburys.

there's also great buss connections to the city or the west end with also Manor House underground less than a fifteen minutes walk a way to zone 2 Piccadilly line which only takes 12 mins to Kings Cross or 20 mins to Piccadilly Circus, or Haringey overground with great links.
