The Apartment:
I have a double room available in an amazing brand new 2 bedroom apartment in Skyline Apartments in the Manor House area. THE APARTMENT IS FULLY FURNISHED (with double beds, storage, dining table etc.) - some of the photos were taken before the furniture was delivered.

I will also be moving into the apartment but I am willing to offer either of the bedrooms. The rent quoted here is for Bedroom 2 - let me know if you are interested in the Master Bedroom. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom and are extremely spacious.

Bedroom 2 comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom, including a full length bath and lots of storage space.

The flat also offers an spacious open-plan communal living room and kitchen area. The apartment is brand new and has never been lived in before. It is finished to a very high spec throughout. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including a dishwasher. Other features of the flat include underfloor heating, floor to ceiling windows, and washing machine / dryer. The flat is on the fourth floor (serviced lifts from reception) with a large private balcony.

The building is totally secure with a double fob entry system and 24 hour concierge (great for when you have packages delivered).

The flat is a 5 minute walk away from Manor House tube station (2 mins to Finsbury Park on the Victoria line) which provides quick access to all across London.

Canary Wharf: 35 minutes

Other amenities on site include a Sainsburys, post office, dry cleaners, two lovely cafes, restaurant and bar. There are also 2 beautiful reservoirs on our doorstep which are perfect for walks / running.

Rent:
Rent advertised here (£1,100 pcm) is for Bedroom 2.

Bills are not included and will be around £150 per month. As mentioned, I am willing to take either bedroom. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite, private balcony and a huge amount of in-build storage space. If you are keen to take the Master Bedroom (particularly suitable for couples) please let me know and we can discuss this further.
