Beautiful Room To Rent In Manor Park

I have a DOUBLE ROOM TO RENT in a 3 bed flat in Manor Park( 675 PCM). The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge/diner and brand new bathroom with a walk in shower. The flat is situated on the first floor of a private apartment block which is on a private residential street. The rooms are furnished with a hanging rail, chest of drawers, bedside table, TV and amazon fire stick! In terms of transport we are a 10 min walk to Manor park station and from there you can take a 15 min train to Liverpool Street station, we are also close to East Ham station and Woodgrange Park overground. I am ideally looking for young professionals to occupy the rooms for a minimum of 6 months, one of the rooms is currently occupied by myself and however I only stay in the flat a few nights a week and in the other room is another girl late 20s. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy but am also pretty relaxed and would like lovely people I can have a catch up with from time to time ☺️

Room requires one month rent and deposit to be paid upfront!
