Short Term Let: Manor Park, 1 X Double Bedroom

We are 3 young professionals looking for an extra housemate as part of a short term let this coming Jan, starting the 1st, ending the 31st Jan.

Currently living in the house is myself Caitlin, I’m 31 and a photographer from Guernsey. Yewande is 33 and is a curator from London and Niccolo is 36, and works in Civil Services who is from Italy.

We have lived together for a number of years in Manor Park in our beautiful house and really treat it as a home. We're looking for someone who is clean, friendly and considerate when living in shared space. While it's a short term let, want you to feel a part of the house while you're here!

The spacious double bedroom is downstairs at the back of the house onlooking the garden and comes part furnished. The kitchen, downstairs toilet and bathroom have recently been refurbished so everything is brand new. We are very lucky and have a garden with loads of plants and herbs! There is also a basement for extra storage. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge freezer and induction hob and oven.

We are an 8 minute walk from Manor Park station which is on the Elzabth line (the best line in London!) &takes you to Stratford and Liverpool Street. We are also a 7 minute walk to Woodgrange Park overground station which takes you north via Black Horse road.

The room is £750 including bills

*We’re holding viewings up until the 19th January and can be flexible ont he timings but typically evening work well.
