The whole house has just been redecorated. There are three double bed rooms in a nice and spacious house, suitable for up to three students.

The house is in East Ham/ Manor Park three minutes walk from East Ham underground station and easy access to the local high street and all bus routes.

All three bedrooms are fully furnished doubles. Each room has a double bed with a brand new luxury mattress, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of draws. Desk and chair can be provided if required. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom with bath tub and shower cubicle. The third bedroom is on the ground floor. There is a large room on the ground floor with a separate siting and dining areas. The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, washing machine tumble dryer, dish washer kettle and mircrowave oven.

EPC (rating 57), gas and electrical test certificates for the house will be provided with the contract.

Rent is £150.00 per week per room per person and bills (TV licence, wi-fi, normal use of gas ,electricity and water) are included.
