The flat is located in a great location. Especially since the opening of Elizabeth Line when you can now get into central London in about 20 minutes.

I am looking for a working professional who is easygoing, chilled and friendly and respectful of their living space. Ideally you will be a non smoker.

You will have access to a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom and a washing machine. Superfast broadband is also available.

I am an NHS professional working from home and I am fun, easygoing, and relaxed. I am sociable but of course will respect your space.

Length of lodger agreement is negotiable and flexible as is moving in date.

A parking permit is available from the council at an extra charge which can be arranged if required.

There is no garden but there are many green spaces nearby with Epping Forest about a 15-20 minute walk, and a local park less than a 10 minute walk.
