Large double room in a beautiful house

I’m very sad to be living this beautiful house, and probably The Best housemate in London.

The house has two living room areas, and a kitchen / diner. There also a spare single room, so there’s space for friends to stay or to be used as a separate office space when needed.

Mathew, works in restaurants and makes beer. As mentioned, he’s a superb person to live with. We often cook dinner together often - he’s a great cook! So if you’re interested in food, wine, beer, this is definitely the place for you.

It’s very homely, and beautifully decorated. Great space for dinner parties and a perfect garden for summer!

Location wise: 30mins from Liverpool St, Bethnal Green, Hackney Central or Walthamstow.
40mins to Oxford Circus.

Lots of parks nearby, and close to the cafes and wine bars in Forest Gate.

Bills are approx £80.

I’m flexible on leaving date, but ideally beg-mid of March.
