This is a double room in a large Victorian house in Manor Park.

The room has a lovely original Victorian features, a fireplace, and wooden floors. It overlooks the garden and has plenty of light.

The house is a short walking distance from the Elizabeth Line, Manor Park, and East Ham Stations, with Hammersmith and District Lines, Woodgrange Overground, and the Central Line in Wanstead. It is also near the award-winning Plaistow Park and Wanstead Flats, part of Epping Forest.

You will be sharing with my mother who is an architect.

We are looking for someone who is really calm, very tidy and easy to live with. We prefer someone who works full time outside of the home and who needs an after work calm space to rest.

We are looking for someone adult, mature, respectful and who understands co-living.

It is not a big house share and will never be more than 3 people in total including yourself.

There are many university campuses in Stratford and Docklands, such as UEL, UCL, and many more, including Westfield, Hackney Wick, and loads of buses, on top of the three train tube overground stations.

The big Westfield Mall and Olympic Park in Stratford and many huge retail centers in Ilford and Beckton.
