En-suite double room perfect for both SHORT and LONG-TERM stays. We hold a license for 1 person but couple are allowed in En-suite double room with £250 extra to cover all expenses.

Overall, dual occupancy license cost is pretty high that’s why did not take one but easily can take one if agreed to pay extra £250 P. M. on total price.

Location: Nestled in zone 3, East London, our home boasts proximity to three different train stations, including Elizabeth Lane, all within a pleasant 10-12 minutes' walk. Additionally, 24/7 bus services are readily accessible, complemented by a plethora of local amenities such as shops, restaurants, and pubs.

Pricing Details:
En-suite Double room
- SHORT-TERM (1-2 months): No deposit required; simply pay in advance with a 8% surcharge on the total long-term price.
- SHORT-TERM (3-4 months): A modest deposit and an 5% additional charge on the total long-term price.
- LONG-TERM (6-12 months): £945 per month, inclusive of all bills, with a standard deposit for a person .
For couple or 2 person to cover all extra expenses just £250 per month extra charge will be applicable.

For SHORT-TERM stays of a minimum of 2 weeks to 25 days enjoy a nightly rate of £48 per person, covering all bills and services.
