Large attic room available.

We (Tom and Merve) are looking for someone to join our home. We would like someone who is clean, respectful of our privacy and be happy to live with our two cats. We are a young couple who both work from home. The house has good transport links, with a short walk to Manor Park station on the Elizabeth line, and close to nature with Wanstead flats/Epping forest at the top of the road. The attic space is large enough for a double bed and a sofa/tv area plus ample space for clothing (potential layouts included in pictures). Our bathroom is currently being renovated but will have an electric sauna which is available to the tenant, and the garden is still a work in progress but should be finished shortly, as can be seen in pictures.
