We’re two young professionals looking for a like-minded housemate to join our peaceful and tidy home in Manor Park. Our lovely three-bedroom house is just a 2 minute walk from Manor Park Station (Elizabeth Line) and 7 minutes to Woodgrange Park station (Overground), with a park right outside the front door.

Fast connections:
- 7 minutes to Stratford and 15 minutes to Tottenham Court Road on Elizabeth line, perfect for commuting into Central London.

About the Room:
A fully furnished double bedroom on the first floor. The room comes with a double bed and can be decorated or furnished to your taste if you’d like to make it more personal.

The bathroom (with both shower and bathtub) will be shared with me.

Bills included (Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electric, Broadband). *During the winter the prince of gas bill might vary, so please be aware of the slightly increase of price.

Please note: we are close to the train station, so you will hear trains passing by from time to time.

The House:

Split across three floors.
Two bedrooms on the first floor and shared bathroom.
One ensuite on the second floor.
Ground floor has a small bathroom, cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and Nespresso machine) and access to a private garden.

We also have a super chill cat, so pet lovers are a plus!
