Located in a nice conservation area on a quiet road, the open fields of Wanstead Flats are a few minutes walk away. With a Tesco metro also 2-3 minutes walk away in the other direction.
Transport [1]: Approx. 2-3 minutes walk to Manor Park Station which gives journey times of 3-4mins to Stratford (Westfield shopping), 11-12mins to Liverpool Street Station (the City), 22 minutes to Canary Wharf and 30 minutes to Tottenham Court Road/Oxford Circus (the West End).
Transport [2]: Woodgrange Park Station, on the Overground Line, is approximately 2 minutes walk (other direction from Manor Park Station).
Transport [3]: The bus stops are across the road from the station (Woodgrange Park) with the number 25 taking you directly into City and West End. Turning into the N25, essentially offering a 24 hour bus service from the end of the road directly into the City and West End.
