We have a beautiful house with a room available to rent. The house has been completely refurbished and the rooms are very spacious and very cosy, all fully furnished.

It is a large house with lots of space, Superfast (100MBps) broadband, a beautiful kitchen/living area, 2 bathrooms, conservatory and garden. The current house mates are really friendly and really respective of one another so it's a lovely place to come home to. We also have a cleaner who deep cleans the house once a fortnight.

The house is about a 7 minute walk to East Ham station which is in zone 3 on the district line. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and it's a minute away from the high street which is packed full of tasty restaurants. Stratford is only 15 minutes away.

There is a one off moving in fee of 35 which covers the arrangement of the tenancy agreement and tenancy deposit scheme.
