Newly refurbished house with all mod cons including a dishwasher!!!

The bedroom is HUGE and on the first floor. This is a two bedroom house so there will only be you and one other person - so loads of space and storage.

The ground floor has a large kitchen/dining area, which leads out to the large garden. Both are great for chilling out or entertaining - the garden gets sun pretty much all day so great for those spring/summertime BBQs.

There is a separate living room, which is also spacious - the photos will give you a good idea.

The bathroom has also been fully refitted with all new fittings and tiles. And there is a new boiler so no worries of breakages in winter (Phew).

There are loads of shops and restaurants near-by and Manor Park, Ilford and East Ham are within walking distance - though there are also buses near-by if you are having a lazy day, these also take you straight to Stratford, Canning Town and Oxford Circus if you don't like the tube.

You would be sharing the house with Caroline, she works Monday to Friday and when not doing that she likes to cook, hang out with friends, chill and watch TV and go cycling.

This is a fantastic house and a viewing is highly recommended!
