We have five rooms available in a spacious house at the end of a lovely, quiet street. The house is perfect for a group of friends, or for someone wanting to make new friends! Get in touch if you're interested.

The house is only a short walk from Manor Park station, with quick and easy links into Bank, Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf. The house has a comfy living room, a small back yard (great for BBQs), and Wanstead Park is only a stone’s throw away as well (great for jogging, football, walks etc.).

We start with a 6 month contract and then it’s rolling. We can also do longer if preferred. All bills are included (council tax, fast broadband, gas, electricity, water). There are no hidden costs or added set-up fees.

Rents are:-

Room 1: rent £750pcm + £100 for all bills making it £850pcm (incl bills), deposit £860 (held with the government-backed scheme TDS).

Room 2: rent £700pcm + £100 for all bills making it £800pcm (incl bills), deposit £800 (held with the government-backed scheme TDS).

Room 3: rent £700pcm + £100 for all bills making it £800pcm (incl bills), deposit £800 (held with the government-backed scheme TDS).

Room 4: rent £700pcm + £100 for all bills making it £800pcm (incl bills), deposit £800 (held with the government-backed scheme TDS).

Room 5: rent £550pcm + £100 for all bills making it £650pcm (incl bills), deposit £630 (held with the government-backed scheme TDS).

Transport and the area:

The house is at the end of a quiet street close to Manor Park station. The area is very friendly and safe with many families around. The next street down has all the local shops and amenities you could need.

Manor Park station is well connected with transport links to:
• 6 mins to Stratford – Westfields, Cinema, Olympic Park, Hackney Wick, bars and restaurants
• 15 minutes to Liverpool Street
• 21 minutes to Bank / 18 minutes to Canary Wharf
• Regular trains to Romford/Brentwood (Essex)
