-Property situated 3-5 minutes walk from two stations. Manor Park and Woodgrange park station
-High spec kitchen -Dishwasher and washing machine with dryer
- Two toilets
- cleaner comes once a month ( charges shared between the housemate) unfortunately due to Covid no cleaner is available

Current housemate are professional, kind and welcoming couple
